What You'll Do:

•Applying knowledge of Supply Chain Management/ Operations/ Information Technology / Product Development / Support Services / Consulting Services

•Develop deep understanding of product roadmap and take ownership of product life cycle needs/ customer issues reported/ projects and seeing them through to resolution/ completion

•Work with reporting manager and team to identify key deliverables and drive outcomes in a timely manner, upholding the expected standards of quality

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve product issues

Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

What We Are Looking For:

•3+ yrs of professional experience in shared services, specializing in the areas of Supply Chain Management/ Product Development/ Management or Operations Consulting/ Support Services Qualifications related to Supply Chain Management/ Operations/ AI/ML / Database Management systems / Product Development will be preferred

Additional qualifications:

certifications in Database Management/ Artificial Intelligence/ Project Management would be preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time management and organizational skills

Detail-oriented

Fluent English language skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to exercise diplomacy and discretion

Strong customer service skills

Experience of a busy and demanding environment
