Job Description Your Role As an HR intern in Gensler's Bangalore Office, you will join our creative student environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity beginning approximately August 2022 and ending January 2023. You must be available for the entire duration of the programWe are seeking Talent Acquisition Intern is responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent. We need our intern to be organized, consistent, and ready for anything. HR Intern will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support to the human resource team. This will include, but not be limited to recruitment and selection, and general administration.What You Will DoConduct sourcing activities to open positionsInvolve in recruitment & selectin processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc)Reviews employment applicationsManage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current and future opportunitiesAdminister and submit all hiring paperwork for new employeesSuggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
