Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and address passenger inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in the handling and transportation of baggage and cargo.
• Coordinate with other ground staff and flight crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle special requests and accommodations for passengers with disabilities or special needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of airport facilities and work areas.
• Assist in the implementation of emergency procedures and protocols.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
• Stay updated with airline policies, procedures, and industry trends.
