We operate with a child's rights-based approach, committed to fostering inclusion at every step. Training and Support:The successful candidate will receive continuous training, support, and specialized instruction in the TEACCH approach. We equip you with the necessary tools and expertise to work effectively with children with special needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement personalized learning plans and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)2. Facilitate the successful reintegration of children into mainstream classrooms3. Bridge learning and socialization gaps, fostering independence and confidence4. Maintain professional communication with parents and adhere to punctuality for sessions5. Provide regular progress reports to the organization on a daily and monthly basis6. Participate actively in training programs, workshops, and developmental sessions7.Receive ongoing supervision and training support to enhance your skills and knowledge8. Embrace and practice a child's rights-based neurodiversity affirming strengths based approach in all interactions and interventionsWho can apply1. Female Candidates with Masters degree in Psychology/Social Work/special education2. Must be willing to relocate to Bangalore/ work in the location assigned3. Previous work/internship experience working with children, preferably those with disabilities4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written5. Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving6. Deep belief in the value of Inclusion and working with children.
