Role: B2B Relationship Success Manager | Associate Account ExecutiveAs an Associate Relationship Manager Manager, you will be required to Develop great relationships between customer org & Akrity , position Akrity to Customer - Create Awareness, Interest & Desire to work with Akrity, create & Maintain Process Alignment between customer and Akrity processes.
Responsibilities will include:
Relationship Building
Proactively discover ALL stakeholders and influencers, document their roles, persona info & mapping plans for managing them effectively.
Proactively, develop trusted personal & professional relationships with ALL stakeholders for self.
Proactively, orchestrate developing of trusted personal & professional relationships with ALL customer stakeholders and the Akrity team.
Setup and maintain official cadences with ALL stakeholders / influencers within the customer organization. Maintain unofficial cadences with ALL stakeholders/influencers
Business Outlook Assessment
Regularly assess the business health of the client.
Will the client continue to spend Will the client demand increase or reduce in the futureProactively discover new opportunities for servicing clients.
Proactively Sketch, Strategize, Solution, Synergize and Seize new opportunities for servicing client organization.
Act with urgency in situations that demand it.
Proactively discover new threats in servicing clients.
Proactively Sketch, Stratergize, Solution, Synergize (including internal alignment) and mitigate threats in servicing client organization. Act with urgency in situations that demand it.
Selling
Proactively position / market Akrity to all relevant stakeholders / influencers in the customer organization.
Proactively identify & resolve awareness gaps
Proactively discover & resolve misaligned expectations and misaligned processes between customer and Akrity team.
Intervene & support delivery team in handling these misalignments whenever discovered.
Negotiation & Contracting
Negotiate for price and budget to close deals and contracts with customers.
Get necessary agreements and commitments on the above. Keep all contracts up to date.
Ensure customer payments are timely.
Convince customers to pay on time.
Monitor payment status regularly and resolve payment related matters.
Reporting
Regularly present account review and account health report to manager and the rest of the account management team.
