We help our customers to design, develop and implement new-age technology solutions by providing expert consultants and guidance. American chase works on a niche technology range that consists of ERP solutions like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and Kronos. We help our customers in developing new products or revamping their existing products under the following technology stack: Python, Java, DevOps, and Java Script.Job type - Internship Job Location - Indore (MP)Timings - 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM ISTIndustry - US Staffing Stipend - 15,000/month Internship tenure - 2 Months*Note - This is a non technical role, it is more focused towards the staffing process and staff augmentation.*ResponsibilitiesConsults with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates.Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Handling manage contacts.Managing complete cycle of Bench sales.Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.Qualifications & RequirementsOnly B.Tech/ BE, preferred Excellent Verbal and written communicationProactiveness and individual leadershipAttention to detailsPerks & Benefits -A competitive stipend of INR 15,000/month for the 2-month internship period.Mentorship from experienced professionals.Opportunity for a full-time job offer based on performance.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Networking opportunities within the industry.
