Description:
Tessell is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) intern to join its rapidly growing team.
As a BDR intern, you will play a crucial role in driving new business revenue through inbound and outbound opportunity generation.


Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach:
Utilize various mechanisms such as cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Inmails to reach potential leads.


Research:
Conduct thorough secondary research on specific companies, covering aspects like business overview, financial performance, tech stack, and more to target.


Prospect Identification:
Identify potential clients and navigate company structures to target decision-makers through personalized communication, effectively building a sales pipeline.


Database Management:
Build and manage a comprehensive database of prospective clients, maintaining accurate records of interactions.


Follow-up Communications:
Conduct follow-up communications through calls to nurture relationships from events, website signups, and other sources.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
