You will work closely with our sales team to support various initiatives aimed at expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. This internship will provide valuable exposure to the intricacies of international sales, market research, and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities: Analyzing market, focusing on generating leads and scheduling sales appointments withqualified prospects. Engage with prospects on LinkedIn, writing personalized messages and building strongprofessional relationships. Achieve monthly sales appointment goals as set by the company, demonstrating consistentperformance and target achievement. Utilize our AI tool to craft hyper-personalized emails to decision-makers, enhancingengagement and response rates. Use our sales prospecting tool to identify and target relevant companies and contacts, aligningwith our business development strategies. Achieve monthly targets on sales qualified leads (SQLs) and contribute significantly to thesales pipeline. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to proactively identify and target newbusiness opportunities through cold calling and other techniques. Track and nurture leads from initial contact to sales-readiness, building relationships andimproving lead to opportunity conversion rates. Respond to, engage with, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries received via phone,chatbots, and landing pages. Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM system, ensuringeffective follow-through of the sales cycle. Conduct detailed research on accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and developaccounts to stimulate opportunities through cold calling and other methods. Conduct weekly reviews with the management team to update them on progress, share ideas,highlight challenges, and be proactive in seeking solutions. Willingness and flexibility to work in US shifts to effectively target the US market.Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing or a related field. proven experience in business development, B2B lead generation, with a strong emphasison cold calling, email prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and inside sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in writing,speaking, and listening. High level of flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced changes. Must be self-motivated, persistent, and capable of working independently.Note: Work from home: 5pm to 2amStipend: 15,000p/m
