This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on exposure to various aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales strategy development.ResponsibilitiesLead Generation:Assist in identifying potential leads and prospects through market research, online databases, and networking.Prospecting:Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to introduce our products or services.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service and support.Market Research:Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to help refine our sales strategies.Sales Reporting:Prepare and analyze sales reports and data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Administrative Tasks:Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records, scheduling appointments, and managing sales documents.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Software Product:Should be willing to market/sell the software product on the field.Customer Demo:Meet with potential customers and schedule the product demo.Proposal DevelopmentQualificationsCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business, marketing, or a related field.Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented and organized.Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements.Experience And SkillsEagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced sales environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
