Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Actively communicate with existing clients to maintain and enhance relationships.User Re-engagement: Identify inactive users and engage them to assist in setting up and optimizing the use of our app, driving increased activity and satisfaction.Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to clients for follow-ups, addressing their needs, and ensuring they feel valued and supported.Account Monitoring: Conduct regular checks on customer accounts to ensure smooth operation and immediate resolution of any issues, contributing to a seamless client experience.Requirements:- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. Prior internship experience in business development is a plus.- Must have a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, specifically Shopify. Familiarity with how businesses utilize these platforms for growth and customer engagement is essential.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently to drive results.Stipend and Work Hours:- Yet to be decided.
