Lead Rat helps you manage your leads and property listings along with the option of creating tasks and tracking them. It also provides features such as Lead Generation, Integration with various sources such as Magic Bricks, 99Acres, and Housing.com, and the option of matching leads and properties.Job briefJob Role: Business Development InternWe are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development intern to join our sales department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing sales strategies.Key Details:InternshipDuration:3 monthsAddress:Bangalore: #1596/1, 3rdfloor,20thmain road HSR Sector-1, 560102,Location: Bangalore/Pune/GurgaonJob Type: Work from the Office & Full-timeStipend/CTC: Fixed stipend of15000 per month. Post completion of internship fixed CTC of4Lpa+variables(Min 4lpa fixed-Max6lpa)would be offered to candidates.Responsibilities:Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.Build a strong relationship/Trust with customers by Understanding the customer.Process the Revenue generation by following Cold calling and follow-ups frequently.Motivated enough to do marketing Research on different CRM applications/software as per the client's requirements.Requirements, Explain the product or service to potential customers and suggest the right products to the customers.He/she should have great communication and convincing skills and be able to reach targetsRequirements and skills:Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Eagerness to learn and grow.Passion for sales and business development
