Research and Development:

· Contribute to the ideation and development of innovative products/services.

· Collaborate with the R&D team to understand product/service features andenhancements.

Networking and Relationship Building:

· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

· Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

· Identify potential partnerships and opportunities for collaboration.

Administration and Collaboration:

· Work closely with different departments, including marketing, R&D, and administration.

· Provide feedback from client interactions to contribute to product/service improvement.

· Assist in administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Marketing and Market Research:

· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

· Analyze data to identify new business opportunities.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Sales and Business Development:

· Identify and research potential clients through various channels.

· Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and prospects.

· Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone calls, and other communication channels.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for acquiring new clients.

· Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and supporting materials.

Goal Achievement:

· Meet or exceed targets related to R&D, networking, administration, marketing, and business development.

· Track and report progress towards goals.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Strong English-speaking and writing skills are a must.

· Self-motivated and results-oriented.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.

· Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
