Role:

Business Development Intern / TraineeResponsibilities:Immerse yourself in the diverse range of products and services, becoming an expert in our offerings.

Engage with customers, handling queries with finesse and delivering exceptional service.

Analyse and understand customer's requirements to tailor personalised travel experiences.

Recommend upgrades and additional services to enhance client's travel itineraries.

Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls and collaborative efforts within the department.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring their loyalty.

Drive online sales, guiding clients through the trip details via outbound and inbound inquiries, shaping unforgettable holidays around interest-based group departures.

1. Ability to generate revenue by identifying sales points and suggesting suitable products or services.

2. Good written and verbal communication skills

3. Great networking skills

Bachelor's Degree in Travel & Tourism, (Preferred), Any Graduate

( Full Time Employment post Internship )

450000/- to 580000/-

(Per Annum)

(Inclusive of Holiday Package Allowance up to 30000/-, Incentives: 70000/- to 120000/-,

Annual performance allowance:

40000/- to 90000/-)

Stipend :

16,000/- (Incentives upto 30,000/- or even more)
