Job Descriptions:

In this role, you will:

•  Manage and develop a team of Early Talent program fellows and summer interns and Business Execution Consultants.

•  Provide oversight and leadership of the Quantitative Analytics Program, inclusive of a 12-month rotational early talent program targeting recent masters program graduates and a 10-week internship program for graduate students.

•  Partner with recruiting to plan and execute campus recruiting strategy to attract top quantitative analytics talent.

•  Create and deliver 3-5 weeks of training to program fellows aimed at onboarding to Wells Fargo and introducing model development, model validation, and risk management.

•  Partner with senior leaders across lines of business to refine Quantitative Analytics Program strategy and create/execute corresponding plans and initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

•  8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education6+ years Management experience.


Desired Qualifications:

•  Demonstrated experience in early talent program management or early talent recruiting through previous roles.

•  Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.

•  Ability to manage a dynamic workload, balance multiple priorities.

•  Demonstrated ability to partner with L&D to deliver effective new hire, technical and professional development training opportunities to program participants.

•  Experience coaching and developing team to effectively prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.

•  Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the financial services industry.
