This role is vital in ensuring the organization's future growth and success by building a pipeline of skilled and diverse candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing campus hiring strategies.Building relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and faculty.Organizing and attending campus recruitment events and career fairs.Leading information sessions and workshops to promote the organization as an employer of choice.Coordinating internship programs and summer hiring initiatives.Conducting interviews, assessments, and evaluations of potential candidates.Managing employer branding and campus marketing initiatives.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs.Utilizing social media and networking platforms for candidate sourcing.Tracking and analyzing campus hiring metrics to drive improvements.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in campus recruiting or university relations.Strong knowledge of campus recruitment best practices and trends.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to travel to various campuses and events as needed.Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional relationships.Should have minimum one year experience in campus hiring/recruitmentCapability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Understanding of diversity and inclusion initiatives in campus hiring.Skills: recruitment,interviewing,networking,event planning,communication,hiring
