Job Description
Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with the organizations hiring goals and objectives.
Plan and coordinate campus events, information sessions, and other outreach activities to attract top talent.
Partner with university career centres, student organizations, and faculty to promote the organizations brand and opportunities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and design tailored recruitment plans for specific roles or departments.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations of candidates to identify high-potential individuals.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, evaluations, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Assist in the development of internship programs and initiatives to engage students and nurture talent pipelines. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in campus recruitment to continuously improve strategies.

04-March-2024 Master s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles preferred.
