Job Description Role DescriptionThis is an on-site internship role as a Catalog Specialist located in Noida. The Catalog Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's product catalog, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Catalog Specialist will also be responsible for providing analytical support and driving continuous improvement in the catalog management process.QualificationsCatalog Management and Catalogue skillsAnalytical Skills and experience with data analysis toolsStrong Communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in Customer Experience and passion for delivering exceptional customer experienceAttention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of dataProficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, SQL and other software/tools used to manage catalogs and dataExperience updating Catalog on Nykaa and/or Nykaa Fashion Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
