Are you passionate about driving innovation and transforming the way food products are made safe and sustainable Do you want to be among the few to apply transformative technology to help create a digital revolution in the food industry We have two positions open for Client Success Partners (CSP) based out of Bangalore and Kochi(or Kozhikode). Educational Qualifications: Graduates or Post Graduates in Food Science / Engineering / Technology / Management or allied disciplines (full-time courses). Experience: An ideal candidate may have up-to 3 years of relevant experience. Post qualification internship will be considered as experience. Role Description:Partner with clients and advocate for their success Identification & creation of potential clients and develop a regular funnel of opportunitiesConsultative engagement with potential clients to position services leading to new account generation. Identify core processes & develop solutions partnering with the clients / their representativesFacilitate seamless client onboarding, integration to the cloud platform & necessary training Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the clients handled Ensure client satisfaction & continuous engagement for retention and growthBuild relationships with food processing industry and relevant professional networks Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relation-building capabilities Good communication skills with proficiency in local languages Good understanding / quick learner to use software platformsAbility to independently probe, visualize and translate events and activities involved in various stages of operations into logicals steps and process maps. Strong understanding of quality systems in food industry Ability to read, understand & interpret regulatory compliance requirements & standards (like HACCP, FSSAI, USFDA, EUDR, etc) Willing to travel (50 to 75% of the time) Strong business & sales acumenPersonal characteristics: Self-motivated and willing to explore and learn with an inquisitive mindsetStrong ethics and valuesA clear thinker with demonstrated problem-solving capabilitiesWe are an equal-opportunity employer & provide a creative work environment that is conducive to self-development, career growth, and learning.
