Community Manager Internship in Delhi

Job Description

We are looking for someone to assist in our community building efforts. The ideal candidate would have the right audience targeting acumen, especially on social media, and outstanding writing abilities. We have built a beta user community and are looking for someone who has the endurance to grow our audience further while building trust and relationships What you ll do:

1) Respond to customer service questions (Email and social media)

2) Follow up with users and influencers

3) Ensure a great line of communications between users

4) Make sure our ratings and reviews go over the moon

5) Help influencers to set up their accounts

6) Manage big influencers accounts

7) Manage and do community events

8) Youll be heavily involved in all our social media tactics with our Growth & Marketing Department

We are looking for people who are passionate about creating a successful startup,
