Key Responsibilities:

Content Development

·       Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging and shareable video content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives.

·       Collaborate with other teams to generate ideas and ensure consistent content across various platforms.

Video Production

·       Shoot high-quality, professional videos using the latest camera equipment and tools. (All the required equipment will be provided)

·       Create visually appealing and engaging videos best suited for short-form content consumption especially on Instagram.

Platform Management

·       Manage video content across various platforms, including Instagram, Youtube and other channels.

·       Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.

Brand Representation

·       Ensure that all video content aligns to the company's brand and reflects its values and messaging.

·       Act as a brand ambassador in video content, presenting a positive and professional image.

Audience Engagement

·       Create and maintain a strong connection with the audience through creative storytelling and interactive elements.

·       Respond to audience comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

·       Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective video algorithms.

·       Creative thinking and storytelling skills.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·       Extremely presentable and well groomed.

·       Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Education and Experience:

·       Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).

·       Previous experience in creating and managing video content for brands (preferred).
