Ultimately, someone who can deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality content pieces that effectively reach, speak to, help and engage clients.Responsible for planning the writing processes by setting timelines and deadlines, developing, and executing content strategy to promote our products.Gathers feedback from manager to improve marketing through content & improve the technical documents.Research industry-related topicsPrepare well-structured draftsProofread and edit blog posts before publicationCoordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articlesIdentify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topicsEnsure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)Update social media content as needed
