Endiya's current portfolio includes Darwinbox, Cure.fit, Kissht, Qapita, SigTuple, Zluri, Sugar.fit and Scrut Automation.Founded in 2015, Endiya Partners has $100M under management.The social media and digital marketing intern at our VC fund will be responsible for executing and monitoring the company's social media and digital marketing strategies. This includes managing and growing our social media presence, creating and executing digital campaigns, and developing a content strategy for blogs, videos, podcasts, and more. The intern will also be responsible for keeping track of events and updates of the fund and portfolio companies, and preparing newsletters to send out regularly.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn etc.Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and engagementCollaborate with our team to develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies ensuring consistency across platformsMonitor and report on the effectiveness of social media and digital marketing campaignsAssist with creating and editing content for social media and digital marketing effortsHelp with the planning and execution of events and webinarsBe up-to-date with the latest design trends on social media. Awareness of current industry and technology standards, collaborative tools, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.Follow and track social media updates from relevant industry stakeholders (startup founders, media publications and journalists, industry-specific KOLs)Keep track of events and updates of the fund and portfolio companiesPrepare newsletters to be sent out on a regular basisDevelop and implement a content strategy for various formats (blogs, videos, podcasts, etc)Miscellaneous workstreams in the investments teamRequirementsStrong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategiesExcellent writing and editing skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detailFamiliarity with design, email marketing, AI-based tools is a mustExperience with graphic design, video editing, and/or web design is a plus
