Role:Early Talent ManagerLocation: Hyderabad/GurgaonJob Purpose:The Early Talent Manager will bring the Global Early Talent Strategy to life in the region through partnering with the business to develop and deploy signature Early Talent programs including the Mars Leadership Experiences and Mars Internship Experience. The Early Talent Manager will manage the Program Management elements of the suite of Early Talent programs each year in line with regional strategy to strengthen our talent pipeline, develop critical capabilities, and enable diverse talent to thrive.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development & Deployment Develop and deploy Early Talent program strategies in partnership with P&O Heads & Business Partners to ensure programs and initiatives enhance value and support business growth. Lead harmonization of Early Talent programs in the region - aligning to global frameworks and supporting business priorities. Collaborate with the Employer Reputation team to identify critical talent attraction levers that can be executed to drive a high-quality pool of candidates into the pipeline. Work with the Global ET Leadership Team to implement best practice Talent Acquisition programs and provide continuous improvement feedback Collaborate with P&O Business Partners to ensure graduate rotational assignments are providing optimal and engaging developmental experiences for graduate trainees Use data and insights, both internal and external, to recommend new and modern ways to attract, select, onboard, and develop Early Talent associates.Operational Execution Oversee market deployment of Early Talent program initiatives. Enabling ET Specialists in the team building their capability and engagement to ensure they are effective in executing the signature ET processes such as rotations administration. Partner with P&O Business Partners and business leaders in the talent demand planning process and ensure ET participants are gaining experiences that will develop critical capabilities required by the business. Collaborate closely with Talent and Learning Centers of Excellence to drive all graduate-related talent management initiatives, including but not limited to development panel and calibration activities. Monitor key metrics and key performance Indicators to track program effectiveness and ensure strong ROI for Mars. Lead Line Manger capability building to ensure they are equipped to execute their responsibilities to drive a best-in-class participant experience. Be the consistent point of contact for program participants, ensuring their experience matches the promises made when hired. Deploy inclusion efforts, partnering with ARGs and external partners to ensure diverse talent can thrive. Education & Professional Qualifications: Minimum qualification: University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR and Business.Knowledge / Experience: Demonstrated track record in developing early talent pipelines, preferably across multiple geographies Strong written, oral, and listening communication skills in English. Hindi or Arabic would be an additional preference but not mandatory. Ability to communicate with all levels including management and external parties. Experience working in a regional matrix organisation organizational savvy.
