Know more about us: Brief about the TeamB&M Retail vertical of TATA 1mg is a unique setup of Retail, where we offer best-in-class pharmacy, diagnostics, and e-consultation under one roof. The team is responsible for In-Store operations execution, fulfilling error-free medicine dispensing, in-store Product Management & the best-in-class In-store customer experience.The team closely works with Warehousing, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to Identify customer requirements and fulfill them with quality and commitment.What will you doExecute and oversee on-ground field activation activities, ensuring the successful implementation of planned strategiesIdentify and evaluate potential locations for field activation, considering factors such as footfall, demographics, and brand visibilityPlan and execute camps to support ground staff, engaging with the target audience, and effectively communicating the brand messageTrack and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including the count of successful camps conducted and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) earned from the allocated camps on a monthly basisWhat we are looking forFamiliarity with Delhi NCR, including Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, and Faridabad, with an understanding of key locations suitable for field activationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both team members and the target audience during on-ground activitiesProactive and able to take initiative in identifying opportunities for field activation, location scouting, and camp executionAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse team and independently manage assigned responsibilitiesResults-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding monthly KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the activation campaigns What you will AchieveLearning the steps involved in the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and the importance of each stage in achieving sales successGaining a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company, including features, benefits, and value propositions.Developing techniques to address and overcome objections or concerns raised by prospects during the sales processAcquiring knowledge of various sales techniques, such as consultative selling, solution selling, and relationship selling, and when to apply them based on customer needsOn successful completion of the internship you'll be receiving a certificate for the same.
