Ltd., founded in 2016, is a Mumbai-based B2B gourmet ice cream house known for crafting over 200 unique ice cream flavors using locally and globally sourced ingredients. We collaborate with premier chefs to create bespoke flavors. Having served over 1000 clients in the Mumbai metropolitan region, we expanded to Pune and Bengaluru. To sustain our growth, we're hiring Field Sales Executives in helping us acquire new clients & making strategic partnerships.Role & SkillsFull-time on-site Field Sales Executive role in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad & Surat. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities & managing the entire sales process. This role requires the following skills:Sales and marketing skills, including lead generation, closing, and pipeline managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge about the food industry, preferably in the ice cream or dessert verticalAbility to work independently and remotely with minimal supervisionBasic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareValid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (two-wheeler preferred)Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus)Timings & RemunerationThe stipend mentioned is only applicable when the specified work schedule is followed and the designated timings are met.2-month internship, Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.Stipend: Rs. 15,000 per month (fixed) + performance-based variable component.Travel expenses reimbursed (excluding commute to & from the office).
