It's our goal to empower your journey with strategic IT services engineered to your business needs.Role DescriptionWe are currently looking for Figma Designers who are responsible for designing user interfaces and visuals using the Figma design tool, as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that user needs are met within the company's technology solutions.The first month will be probation, then a stipend will be provided based on performanceThis is a hybrid, internship role for Figma Designers, located in Kochi with some work-from-home flexibility.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Figma and other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or InVisionDemonstrated expertise in designing user interfaces and visuals for web and mobile applications.Ability to understand and identify user needs to create designs that fulfil the requirements.Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as being detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment.Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or relevant experience.We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply!
