Job Description As a Finance Intern at Raptee, you will be involved in a range of financial activities, including but not limited to: Preparing Financial Reports: Generate accurate and timely financial reports to support decision-making processes Approving Purchases: Assist in the approval process for purchases, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines Managing Accounting Records: Maintain and organize accounting records to facilitate efficient financial operations Preparing Payroll Documents: Support the payroll process by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy Assisting with Audits, Reviews, and Tax Preparation: Collaborate with the finance team to provide assistance during audits, reviews, and tax preparation activities Issuing Invoices and Handling Payments: Generate and send invoices to clients, and assist in the collection and processing of payments Collaborating with Internal Departments: Work closely with internal departments to reconcile accounting discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy Analyzing Financial Data: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Basic Knowledge of Zoho Books: Possess a basic understanding of Zoho Books to navigate and utilize the software efficientlyRequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentBasic knowledge of Zoho Books is preferredBenefitsOpportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
