Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for MBAs from tier 2-3 Colleges as Management Trainee.

As a Management Trainee, your responsibilities would include understanding the various loan products and offerings of the company, understading the procedure of the loan disbursement, and coordinating with the field sales team spread across the state for end-to-end loan processing.

Qualifications:

MBAs from Tier 2-3 colleges with a specialization in finance, marketing, or operations.

Strong understanding of financial products and loan disbursement process.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, and result-oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Prior internship or work experience in the financial services industry is a plus
