Vacancy for Freshers: Guest Relations Executive for 0-3 years experienced in Events Industry.4 Month Full Time Paid Internship followed by Permanent Position.

Stipend During Internship: 10000-15000/month.

We started in 2010 in West Midlands, UK. We have been operational for 10+ years.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Guest Relations Executive for Wedding Planning Company. The role is located in Chhatarpur, Delhi. We undertake projects across the country, so you must be comfortable with extensive travelling and odd working hours.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learning about wedding planning, event management operations, and strategies.

2. Attending and responding to Business Queries, record keeping, and following up.

3. Attending meetings with the senior team.

4. Learning about decor designing & entertainment operations and being part of the execution team.

5. Communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with our team and vendors to fulfil their requirement .

6. Designing decor setup for weddingsManaging social media marketing for company channels.

Qualifications: Freshers are welcome, you just need to have a great personality, great communication skills, and a very good command over English language. Freshers will start with a compulsory 4 month internship, followed by regular job. Experience in Events industry will be an advantage, although not compulsory.

     Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate ideas and thoughts effectively. Strong business acumen with significant experience in building and maintaining customer relationships Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, generating leads and lead conversion, and delivering successful sales performance. Adept in Marketing research methods, buyer persona research, and identifying customer needsSelf-driven, target-oriented, and ability to multitask and manage workloadBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields will be an advantage, although not compulsory.
