Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:1. Market Research: Conduct n-depth market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends. Analyze data and gather insights to support strategic decision-making.2. Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads through various channels Such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.3. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to engage clients and close deals.4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.5. Competitive Analysis: Keep a close eye on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide regular updates and insights to help the team stay ahead in the market.6. Business Strategy: Work closely with the business development team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.7. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development efforts. Prepare reports and presentations to showcase progress and results.8. Collaborative Support: Assist other departments as needed, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.Requirements:- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships, part-time jobs, or projects) is a plus.Duration and Compensation:- This is a paid internship position for a duration of 18 months to 2 Years. The monthly stipend will be between INR 15000 to 20000.- Working hours will be from 10:15 am to 6:30 PM.- Outstanding interns may be considered for future full-time positions based on performance and company requirements.Join us in shaping the future of our business!
