Job Description Our Story Pluckk is a start-up that delivers lifestyle needs through trends like immunity, low carb, gluten free, plant based meals, with an understanding of food trends, sourcing residue free, chemical free produce and presenting them in the form of meal kits, salads and pan ready options. Regardless of being a relatively new organization, it has managed to gain a strong foundation through seed funding from Exponentia Capital. We are currently scaled up in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore and soon launching in Pune as well. We are the only fresh produce brand to be listed on Amazon, Dunzo, Zepto, Swiggy and Reliance. Job Purpose Defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of our website, app, email, social media, product packaging, and physical marketing collaterals.Roles and ResponsibilitiesTaking design briefs to understand requirements.Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts. Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines. Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications.Skills and QualificationsRelevant experience of 3 to 5 years is preferredDegree in Design, Fine Arts or related field You have prior experience as a Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects You possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Coral Draw You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions Understanding of UI/UX is an added advantage.
