Job Description We are looking for passionate individuals who are excited about providing top-notch guest experience.Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Engage with guests through various channels, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance.Information Management: Maintain up-to-date information on services, local attractions, and resources to offer personalized recommendations.Problem Resolution: Handle guest issues and find effective solutions, ensuring a positive experience.Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.Technology Proficiency: Utilize digital tools and platforms to efficiently manage tasks, bookings, and communication.Service Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance the concierge service and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.Adaptability: Navigate various tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.This would be a one month internship starting from 15th January up until 15th February, 2024.You might have to travel to Goa (be prepared for it!)Apply only if you're a resident of Delhi!
