OverviewThe HR Assistant Fresher plays a crucial role in supporting the human resources department and the overall company. They assist in various HR functions, contributing to the smooth operation of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation.Assisting with HRIS data entry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Supporting the performance management process through data collection and analysis.Assisting with benefits administration and record-keeping.Providing general administrative support to the HR department.Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and events.Preparing HR-related reports and presentations.Assisting with compliance and policy-related tasks.Supporting employee relations activities and maintaining employee files.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong organizational and time management skills.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Internship or relevant work experience in HR is a plus.Skills: communication,teamwork,organization
