HR EXECUTIVE (IT Recuriter) Internship in Delhi

Job Description:

Mogi I/O (www.mogiio.com), a next generation media tech SaaS venture, which is changing the face of OTT industry with its plug & play, no code, white label OTT product is looking for high potential & high performing candidates in its HR Team.

Job Description:

•  Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.

•  Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accountsScreen resumes and application forms.

•  Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

•  Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks

•  Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)

•  Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

•  Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies

•  Participate in organizing company events and careers daysHR Executive 

Responsibilities:

•  Recruiting,Hiring,Preparing Job Descriptions,Onboarding and trainingAdministration of pay and benefits

•  Exit Management,Ensuring safety of workers,Ensuring legal requirements for workers are in place and upheld Disciplinary action 

HR Executive Responsibilities:

•  Engineering degree must.6-12 months of experience in Internship/Full Time.

•  Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

•  Should know how to use Linkedin, Naukri.com, Internshala.

•  Experience -  6-12 months

•  Location-  Saket (New Delhi)

•  Compensation -  20k-25k
