We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as an HR Executive.

Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Requirements:
- Should have knowledge in IT Recruitment
- Should have at least 3 months of internship experience
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of job description
- Posting job description to the portals
- Collecting candidates' information
- Screening resumes and conducting initial stage of interview
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies
- Attendance management
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of employees
