Salary: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month

Requirements:

Should have knowledge in IT Recruitment

Should have atleast 3 months of internship experience

Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

Preparation of job description

Posting job description to the portals

Collecting candidates information

Screening resumes and conduct initial stage of interview

Coordinate joining formalities and documentation

Collaborate with recruitment agencies

Attendance management

Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of employees
