Location: ChennaiPosition: Internship (CONTRACTOR role)Duration: This is a 6 month internship/contractor positionResponsibilities:Assist in Recruitment Activities:Collaborate with the P&C (People and Culture) team to identify talent needs.Participate in the screening and shortlisting of candidates.Schedule and coordinate interviews.Coordination & Communication:Maintain and update candidate records.Assist in the preparation of P&C-related reports and dashboardsHandle day-to-day P&C tasks.Effectively communicate with internal teams and external candidates.Data Management:Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.Learn and use P&C tools for data entry and management.Stay updated on industry trends and P&C best practices.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and P&C tools.Any prior experience in the similar field will be considered an advantage.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
