Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you will be actively involved in:

• Recruitment Support: Assisting with the recruitment process, posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• HR Administration: Maintaining employee files and HR databases to ensure smooth operations.

• Onboarding Assistance: Participating in new hire onboarding, including orientation and benefits administration.

• Employee Relations: Providing support in addressing employee questions and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.

• HR Team Collaboration: Joining HR team meetings, contributing ideas, and suggesting improvements.

• Communication Prodigy: Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members.
