About The InternshipSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Assist with recruitment, including posting job ads and conducting initial interviewsHelp onboard new employees and ensure proper documentation is completedAssist with attendance activities, including creating reportsMaintain back ground verification cases closuresPerform administrative tasks as neededProvide support to the HR Manager in terms of PMS, ATS, Statutory Compliances, etc.Assist in the coordination of company eventsPerform ad hoc tasks in HR department as requiredHelp maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality.Skill(s) RequiredCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Only Those Candidates Can Apply Whoare available for full time (in-office) internshipare available for duration of 6 monthshave relevant skills and interestsPerksLetter of InternshipStipend upto 5K5 working daysFlexible working hours
