Responsibilities: Source potential candidates for open positions and build a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline. Screen resumes to identify candidates that align with job requirements and shortlist for further evaluation. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates. Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on application status and addressing queries. Assist in data management by maintaining accurate records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities, aligning candidate profiles with specific job requirements. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a strong interest in recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with basic HR concepts and recruitment processes is a plus. Great technical skills in PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel.
