Recruitment Support:Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews

Assist in organizing team-building events and programs
HR Administration:
Provide administrative support in maintaining HR records, updating employee databases, and managing documentation
Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
Talent Development:
Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking participation
Assist in the implementation of learning and development programs Employee
Relations:
Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee queries and concerns
Participate in employee relations activities and initiatives
Compliance Assistance:
Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Data Analysis:
Compile and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights
Assist in preparing reports for HR metrics and key performance indicators
