Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job listings on various platforms, ensuring they are optimized for maximum visibility. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, sending correspondence, and managing recruitment documentation. Candidate Follow-Up: Communicate with candidates to provide feedback and updates on their application status. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process and contribute to various HR projects as needed.Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the recruitment process. Detail-oriented and organized. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
