Our Salary Structure is - Working Hours/ 200 hours x monthly performance x Salary# Based on working profile -KRA (Key Responsibility Area),KPA (Key Performance Area)KPI (Key performance Indicators)which are measured against the actual performance achieved during the month and based on the same Salary + Incentives are provided. **If you achieve higher than expected KPI - proportionate salary for the same is given without limitation to your base salary.
