Industry: Consultancy CompanyDesignation: HR RecruiterQualification: Graduate, Post Graduate, MBALocation: WFH or Goregaon, MumbaiExperience: 2 to 5 yearsSalary Range: 10k to 25k Roles & Responsibilities:Working on various clients vacancies.Drafting and posting job descriptions.Screening & Sourcing of resumes.Conducting Interviews of selected candidates.Managing a team of 2 - 3 members.Attending daily review & coordination meeting.Training the team members.Submitting resumes of candidates to the client.Client coordination to fulfill the requirement.Executing recruitment plans efficiently.Required Skill Set:Must be at least a graduate.Should have minimum of two years of experience in recruitment.Must have worked on hiring for commerce background profiles such as CA, accountants, CS, CMA etc.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.Should be able to achieve the given targets.Must have laptop with strong wifi connection. Our Salary Structure is - Working Hours/ 200 hours x monthly performance x Salary# Based on working profile -KRA (Key Responsibility Area),KPA (Key Performance Area)KPI (Key performance Indicators)which are measured against the actual performance achieved during the month and based on the same Salary + Incentives are provided. **If you achieve higher than expected KPI - proportionate salary for the same is given without limitation to your base salary.
