Job Description OverviewThe HR Recruiter Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's recruitment activities. They will assist in identifying and attracting top talent, thus contributing to the company's success and growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networkingReview resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirementsConduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate's qualificationsCoordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirementsAssist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment eventsManage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate documentationSupport the creation of job descriptions and job postingsParticipate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talentAssist in arranging travel and accommodations for out-of-town applicantsContribute to the development of recruitment strategies and process improvementsCollaborate with team members to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processAssist in the preparation of recruitment-related reports and presentationsAdhere to recruitment policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsHandle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining recordsProvide general support to the HR department as neededRequired QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong interest in pursuing a career in HR and talent acquisitionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityProficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficientlyDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesFamiliarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposesPrevious experience in customer service or a related field is a plusUnderstanding of employment laws and regulations is desirableWillingness to learn and take on new challengesFlexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and responsibilitiesPositive attitude and strong work ethicSkills: recruitment,interviewing,sourcing,communication,time management,teamwork,microsoft office,recruiter,talent acquisition,social media,communication skills
