Assist in creating and maintaining HR reports and spreadsheets using MS-Excel. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence and handling employee inquiries. Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and initiatives through research and data analysis.Requirements Fresher or People with a Experience of less than a year. Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Word. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
