Job Description Position OverviewAs a Supply Intern, you will play a key role in the success of our events by supporting hosts during the onboarding process and maintaining strong relationships with them. This internship will provide exposure to various aspects of event planning and execution.ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time on-site Supply Intern role located in Bengaluru. As a Supply Intern, your day-to-day tasks will be:Assist in onboarding hosts for upcoming events, providing them with necessary information and resources.Collaborate with hosts to understand their event requirements and help in the planning process.Maintain regular communication with hosts to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or questions they may have.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of events.Collect feedback from hosts to continuously improve the onboarding process and overall experience.Support the logistics and coordination of events, both onsite and remotely.Provide general administrative support to the event management team.QualificationsBachelor's degree Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis softwareAbility to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teamsAttention to detail, ability to multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentPrevious internship or project experience in supply chain management or logistics is a plusNote: This is a paid internship opportunity.Skills: onboarding,supply,communication,management
