Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR Executive (Only Freshers) to join our team in Hyderabad. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels, and participate in the candidate screening and interview process.

Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing offer leters, completing new hire paperwork, and facilitating orientation sessions HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and prepare required HR reports Attendance and Leave.

Management: Track employee attendance and leaves, and assist in processing payroll.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldFreshers are welcome to apply. Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
