Job RoleWorking on talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Create job descriptions and job postings.
Implementing different ways to promote a job opening (through job portals, social media channels, etc)Designing smart and create job descriptions for various roles.
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, headhunting.
Shortlisting the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
Conducting telephone / virtual / personal interviews in coordination with the department heads.
Interviewing candidates & maintaining the recruitment tracker with feedbacks & status of each candidate.
Update the internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Conduct employee onboarding process and Induction.
Completing joining formalities.
Coordinating in training & development activities
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours.
Coordinating with bank officials to open salary accounts for employees
Assist in implementation of human resource policies
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Conducting employee engagement programs & celebrating festivals & planning office parties throughout the year.
Executing the administration activities for the organization.
Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working on office administration.
Explaining employees on company policies and procedures.
Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events.
Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, etc.
Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation a letter, increment letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
Initiated regular Birthday mailers.
Handling employee grievances and requests.
Working to hire college graduates fresher for job internship.
