Company OverviewThe company is a leading Indian distributor of multi-specialty chemicals company based in Mumbai seeking a Business Development Executive - Specialty ChemicalsThe company has history of over 25 years and has over 75 employees across three verticals of Food Ingredients, Personal Ingredients and other Specialty Chemicals . The company deals in over 325 products sourced from over 40 global suppliers and well established relationship with over 4000 clients across India.OverviewThe Human Resource Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various administrative and strategic HR functions. This role is instrumental in gaining valuable hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviewsSupport the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresCoordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processesAssist with employee relations initiatives and maintaining employee recordsProvide administrative support to the HR team, including managing documentation and data entryParticipate in HR projects and contribute to process improvementsAssist with training and development initiatives for employeesSupport in conducting HR-related research and data analysisAssist in organizing employee engagement activities and eventsContribute to maintaining and updating HR databases and employee filesAssist in drafting internal communications and HR-related announcementsParticipate in HR meetings and contribute innovative ideas to the teamEnsure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practicesProvide support in various HR administrative tasks as neededRequired QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a teamKnowledge of HR processes and best practices is a plusProficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPointAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretionDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiativePrevious internship or office experience is a plusKnowledge of HRIS or HR software is desirableAbility to adapt to change and display a positive, flexible approachStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsInterest in pursuing a career in Human ResourcesSkills: recruitment,hr policies,onboarding,employee relations
