You will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives. This internship will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge in human resources management.Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and assisting with orientation sessions.Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and activities.Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.Requirements:Pursuing an MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field.Strong interest in a career in human resources.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
